Returns & Exchanges

 RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES FINAL on sale items or items bought with discounts. However, if you purchased items on sale or with a discount code and are not in love with your order, please contact us for an exchange authorization.  

Returns or exchanges of regular priced items are allowed within 14 business days of receipt. Refunds will only be issued if all returned items are in saleable condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed, with all tags attached).  Swimwear needs to have the sanitary sticker, unwashed and all hangtags attached.

Exchanges: Please email us here and let us know what you are returning, what you would like in exchange and the reason for the exchange.

SHIPPING COST FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and exchanges.  If you are returning a sale item, you are responsible for both return shipping fee and exchange fee.  If you are returning a regular priced item, you are just responsible for the return fee.  We will email you a payment link and return label if you have received authorization.

Please email us here and get authorization before returning the item(s). Items returned without prior authorization will be sent back.

Once you have received authorization, complete and include the Return Form here with your package.
